Summary: This place had so many special features of both indoors and outdoor settings. The kitchen had the proper utensils and cooking ware. We just found this place spacious and cozy. The children really enjoyed the ping pong table along with many challenges of the adults. Although we did not cook in both kitchens the space to keep items was perfect. Thank you GiGI !!!!!

Summary: The home was immaculate and equipped with the best of everything you will need for a wonderful week. Nestled into a private cove with two boat docks and a perfect place for swimming even with little ones, this home surpassed all of our expectations. Our host was always available but there was little need to make contact as they anticipated every concern. Even the neighbors were amazing and hospitable, offering our family invitations to enjoy their property and offering us water when we went out for a run. Every member of our family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The memories of our time together will last a lifetime. This place is beyond a five star rating. Thanks for making your place available.

Summary: We came to Lake Martin for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and 6 teens ranging in age from 13-19. The house slept us all very comfortably. In my opinion it’s lacking 1 bathroom on the upper floor but it worked out fine for our group. The house was immaculate! Very well stocked in every aspect and the amenities left us never bored or looking for something to do; ping pong, putting green, swimming in front of the house, s’mores at night… The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We had a/c issues on the first night and they were there the next day fixing everything. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We will definitely book this house again!! The location to marinas and restaurants was perfect. 5-10 minute boat ride and easy by car as well.

Summary: We had 3 families with 7 teenagers total. Plenty of room for ever to sleep. Basement was great for kids to hangout. Lake access was great. Landscaping was beautiful. They have thought of every amenity. Very responsive. Can’t wait to book again.

Summary: Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in your well appointed home on Lake Martin! The owner supplied us with a list of items the kitchen had to offer for our Thanksgiving prep. Communication is always key; and these owners are on top of it. Not to mention the spotless home which I truly appreciated. We highly recommend this rental.
